The Tele-Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads, conducting high-volume outbound calls, managing inbound inquiries, and providing accurate product information to prospective clients. The role supports the sales pipeline through timely follow-ups, effective lead qualification, and strong CRM data management.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective business clients.
- Research and compile lists of targeted prospects.
- Nurture leads using structured follow-up sequences and tailored messaging.
2. Lead Qualification & Pipeline Support
- Qualify leads based on need, budget, authority, and readiness to buy.
- Forward high-potential leads to Sales Executives and ensure smooth handover.
- Schedule demos, confirm attendance, and follow up on demo outcomes.
3. Customer Engagement & Inquiry Handling
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with accurate product information.
- Clearly explain Telvoip’s solutions and value propositions.
- Maintain high professionalism and excellent telephone etiquette.
4. CRM Management & Reporting
- Log all activities, notes, and outcomes in Zoho CRM (or assigned CRM).
- Ensure all lead records and pipeline updates are accurate and timely.
- Track performance metrics such as daily call volumes and conversion rates.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
5. Additional Responsibilities
- Support Sales Executives with meeting/demo scheduling.
- Participate in tele-sales campaigns, activations, and promotional drives.
- Conduct basic market research to enrich prospect lists.
- Assist with customer onboarding coordination when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of telesales experience (B2B preferred).
- Experience in telecom, VoIP, ICT, or technical solutions is an added advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive communication.
- Strong ability to pitch, handle objections, and convert leads.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM.
- Familiarity with VoIP/telecom/ICT solutions (an advantage).
- High follow-up discipline and ability to manage high call volumes.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in documentation.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
