If you are ready to take charge of your career and join us on our quest for the next billion consumers, then please follow L’Oréal for regular updates and an inside look at our beauty business.About The RoleThis role will be based in Kisumu region and the individual will be in charge of increasing our sales revenues and fostering customer relationships in the region.Responsibilities Lead the commercial business strategy at the regional level to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets. Act as guarantor for the image and policy of our brand(s) in Kisumu region.Develop trusting relationships with key customers in the region, including the regional management of national retail chains. Perform monthly monitoring of the sales in/out for the major regional accounts.Achieve the sales department’s quantitative and qualitative goals for the region.Recruit, motivate and develop the teams: by maintaining a culture of excellence up to the point of sale, develop the expertise and know-how of the Sales team and implement organisational changes.Ensure continuous communication between management and the team. Inform and alert management to significant initiatives in the field from the team, competition and distributors.Manage and arbitrate regional budgets, as well as motivational resources and return on investment.Contribute to and coordinate the winning of new key customers.Leads and facilitates participative team meetings and monthly sales meetings. Requirements Master’s in business administration is desirable.A Bachelor’s degree is required.Minimum of 4 years in FMCG environment in a similar role.Ability to work independently and attention to detail.Must possess an inquisitive and creative mind.Good leadership and organizational ability.
