Our core business lies in tailor making holiday packages for individuals, families and corporates to both local and outbound holiday destinations.  Our themed holidays include honeymoons, babymoon, anniversaries, birthdays, incentive travel, MICE travel as well as school holidays.

Our team of seasoned tour consultants are well versed in creating memorable holiday experiences across the globe by customizing a comprehensive travel package inclusive of accommodation, flights, airport transfers and excursions.

We are expanding and a result, we are inviting qualified candidates to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities 

1. Preparing quotations as per the specifications of the clients;

2. Following up on clients to close the sale;

3. Making reservations to accommodation and transport suppliers on behalf of the clients;

4. Sending travel documents to the clients;

5. Following up on the client to clear payments;

6. Advising clients on suitable travel destinations and best time to travel;

7. Accompanying groups on holiday to ensure a seamless holiday experience;

8. Sending updates to customers on the various offers in place;

9. Keeping up to date with the travel trends;

 Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Tourism Management;
2. At least two years working experience as a Tour Consultant;
3. Ability to sell tourist destinations within Africa;
4. Ability to sell outbound holidays is an added advantage;
5. Selling and negotiation skills;
6. Customer service skills to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations
7. Extensive knowledge of various tourist destinations
