Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customized travel itineraries for clients based on their preferences and budget.
- Create accurate quotations using Excel and travel booking systems.
- Manage flight ticketing, hotel reservations and transport arrangements.
- Prepare briefing documents for clients before travel.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, destinations and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to secure best rates and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tours and Travel, Tourism or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in tours, travel or ticketing.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and travel booking systems.
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to create detailed itineraries and briefing notes.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
