Our client is seeking to hire Area Sales Representatives who are passionate, resolute, and focused. The incumbent will be responsible for the sales of Day-Old Chicks and Feeds as per set targets in the assigned region.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the sales of day-old chicks and feeds to meet or exceed set targets within the designated sales area.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships in the assigned territory.
- Provide timely technical support to the growers within the assigned region.
- Motivate the team and enforce compliance with all relevant company SOPs, policies, statutory regulations, and expected behaviors.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
- Diploma in Animal Husbandry/Animal Health or a related field. Diploma in Sales and Marketing and/or a B.Sc. in Animal Health or a related field will be an added advantage.
- 3+ years in sales and distribution and in technical assistance in the poultry sector.
- Proficiency in driving both motorcycles and motor cars. Should have a valid driving license for motorcycles.
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good planning skills
- Technical knowledge in poultry management.
