WE ARE HIRING: B2B SALES & DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
(Fruits, Vegetables & FMCG Shop)
Location: Nairobi
Employment Type: Full-time
Gross Salary: 40,000 KSH
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales
· Identify and acquire new clients (hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, retailers, offices)
· Promote and sell fruits, vegetables, and FMCG products in bulk
· Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
· Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
· Manage orders and coordinate timely deliveries
Digital Marketing
· Manage WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook pages
· Post updates on stock, prices, and promotions
· Respond to online inquiries and convert leads into sales
· Run basic online ads and promotional campaigns
Requirements
· Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
· Software knowledge in design and data analytics, especially proficiency in Google Analytics, is a must
· Experience in sales (FMCG or fresh produce is an added advantage)
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Basic knowledge of social media marketing
· Self-driven and target-oriented
· Ability to work both in the field and at the shop
