· Key Responsibilities:
• Serve beverages professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the bar.
• Ensure stock control and proper presentation of drinks.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle member/guest requests promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Certificate or diploma in Food & Beverage Service or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (experience in a golf club or hospitality establishment will be an added advantage).
• Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beverage preparation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong customer service orientation.
