Our client offers Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to businesses. They are looking for a Business Development person with BPO sales experience.
• Strategize and achieve sales targets effectively
• Develop a sales strategy focused on financial gain
• Research and identify new business opportunities
• Look for the appropriate contact in an organization
• Generate sales leads, arrange cold calls business meetings with prospective customers
• Meet with customers/clients face to face and over the phone
• Have a good understanding of the business service offerings
• Prepare sales proposals and contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Maintain sales records, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Train and develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
• Demonstrated working experience as a business development manager or a sales executive or a relevant role.
• Minimum 2 years of similar role experience in Kenya BPO | ICT Market knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Proven sales track record
• Sales Strategize planning skills
• Minimum Bachelor in business administration, sales or relevant field
