Business Development Manager

Our client, a Design and Printing Company is seeking to recruit an Experienced Sales & Marketing Executive for their Nairobi office. The preferred candidate MUST have prior experience in design and printing. He/she should be a vibrant and energetic individual who has the desire to succeed and win new business.

Key Responsibilities: 

Hitting sales and service targets. 

Propose potential business deals by engaging potential partners 

Reporting on the progress of the sales.       

Maintaining and servicing existing customers        

Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships by providing efficient, reliable, friendly, and courteous service to all customers. 

Communicating effectively with customers and maintaining up-to-date information regarding new initiatives, prices, promotions         

Maintaining contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.        

Achieving growth across all business sectors with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities for business development. 

Help to plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies. 

Qualification:         

Must be able to understand print business        

Must have the capacity to run the sales department independently        

Good networking skills        

Must be able to build a strong sales team         

Must be able to bring more business      

Must have a minimum of 2 yrs in selling design and printing products and services.         

Must possess strong communications skills and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally ·        

Must possess strong analytical, numeracy, and literacy skills.         

Must have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.         

Must have a high level of computer literacy including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
