Job Description/Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
a) Marketing of the company products
b) Lead generation
c) On-boarding new customers and doing proper data entry of the same.
d) Develop overall disbursement strategy to achieve the set target.
e) Maintaining and retention of clients.
f) Conduct thorough business and home appraisals.
g) Reactivation of dormant clients.
h) Demand and enforce repayment of the assigned portfolio and achieve set targets.
i) To key in follow up interactions on all accounts
j) Customer follow up.
k) Collections of all active loans
l) Ensure loans are cleared on or before the due day.
m) Champion of retention and repeat clients (active clients)
n) Ensure proper appraisal of business and home is done.
Salary Range: 20,000 to 25,000 KshÂ
