Job summary
The Cashiers are responsible for managing all financial transactions within the poker club, including buy-ins, cash-outs, and chip exchanges. They ensure accurate handling of cash and chips while providing professional, efficient, and friendly service to players. Cashiers play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, compliance, and trust
Job descriptions & requirements
•Process player buy-ins, cash-outs, and chip transactions accurately and efficiently
•Handle large volumes of cash and gaming chips in a secure and organized manner
•Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the beginning and end of each shift
•Verify player identification and follow internal policies for transactions and limits
•Report any discrepancies, suspicious transactions, or irregular activities to management ••Maintain clear and accurate transaction records and documentation
•Follow all internal controls, financial procedures, and compliance requirements
•Coordinate with floor staff, surveillance, and management when necessary
•Provide professional and courteous customer service to all players
• Previous experience in cashiering, cash handling, banking, or gaming operations (preferred)
• Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail
• High level of honesty, reliability, and accountability
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and during peak hours
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale or cashier systems
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain confidentiality
