Our client, a global leader in video surveillance solutions, seeks a proactive Channel Sales Manager to drive growth in the CCTV sector. This role is critical for driving sales growth through key channel partners, executing sales plans, and ensuring that strategic and financial targets are met.

Responsibilities:
· Generate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan to ensure strategic and financial targets are met
· Responsible for driving sales and daily account management activities with Key Channel Partners
· Review and forecast Order/ Inventory/ Sell in / Out data to independently identify new sales opportunities within existing product ranges
· Execute and Manage Commercial Strategies (MSRP, Selected Distribution Criteria, partner set evolution in territory, channel compensation scheme)
· Conducts a minimum of ten face-to-face customer visits and three distribution partner meetings per week
· Manage the terminal store: ensure that the booth is clean, materials are complete, samples are reasonable and demonstrations are sufficient
· Organize dealers and shop promoters to conduct product training and examination according to the product launch rhythm
· Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategy and promotion activities, then analyze relevant countermeasures
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
· Five years of channel sales experience in Key Accounts & Traditional channels
· Strong negotiation and communication skills, experience in retail & distribution agreements is essential
· Rich experience in marketing, terminal management and training
· Fluent in English
· Good analytical Excel/PPT/Word and advanced presentation skills
· Willing to travel
