Job Summary
We seek a Communications, Digital Marketing & Strategy Specialist to strengthen our brand, expand our digital presence, and support key strategic initiatives. The role will develop and execute strategies that elevate the brand, drive growth, and enhance our reputation through digital, content, PR, and internal communications.

Job Description/Requirements
1. Communications & Brand Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Define and maintain brand voice, messaging frameworks, and content standards.
- Oversee the creation of thought leadership materials (HR trend reports, articles, webinars).
- Manage media relations and seek opportunities for executive visibility.
2. Digital Marketing & Content
- Lead the digital marketing strategy across web, email, social media, and paid channels.
- Manage the company website, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and user experience improvements.
- Create and manage a content calendar reflecting HR trends, client needs, and firm capabilities.
- Monitor analytics to assess campaign performance and optimize digital initiatives.
3. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic planning activities, including market positioning, growth initiatives, and competitive analysis.
- Translate firm strategy into actionable project plans.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects (e.g., new service launches, rebranding, thought leadership campaigns).
5. Business Development
- Collaborate closely with HR consultants, business development, and service line leaders to ensure messaging consistency.
- Lead proposal development and client communication materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, HR, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development and strategic planning.
- Strong proposal writing, editing and storytelling skills and experience in professional services for NGO, Grant and Partnerships environments is highly desired.
- Experience managing digital platforms (CMS, email marketing tools, social media).
- Ability to translate complex business concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
