Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Support in monitoring social media engagement and responding to comments or messages.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and creative content ideas.
- Help track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare simple performance reports.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Research current trends, competitors, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Perform any other marketing-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must hold at least a college certificate or transcript in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong interest and skill in social media management (posting, content creation, engagement).
- Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Basic understanding of online marketing concepts is an added advantage.
