- Convert inbound digital inquiries into paid orders.
- Seek and drive offline sales through walk-ins, referrals, and field activations, etc.
- Handle objections and close with a clear call to action.
- Follow up on drop-offs and recover stalled conversations.
- Keep the daily lead pipeline and weekly conversion reports.
- Collaborate with ops on fulfillment and customer updates.
