Job descriptions & requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
- 2+ years' experience in field sales, preferably within the electrical products/supplies industry
- Existing networks among retail electrical shops (prior experience in the Kamukunji area will have an added advantage)
- Strong selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly energetic, confident, and comfortable working extensively in the field
- Self-driven, persistent, and results-oriented
