Qualification: Diploma in Secretarial Studies or related field
Experience: Prior work in a legal law firm
Recommendation Letter: Must provide a recommendation letter from the previous employer
Requirements
Excellent respect, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Good computer skills (MS Office and legal documentation software)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage correspondence, filing, and legal documentation
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court sessions
Prepare reports, minutes, and official letters
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
Support lawyers and management with administrative duties
Ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations
