About Our Client:
Our Client is a dynamic company launching an essential service for drivers within the transport sector. They are building a dedicated team to drive this initiative forward on the ground.
Job Summary:
Our Client is looking to hire ten (10) motivated Field Registration Agents for an immediate start. In this 6-month contract role, you will be the face of the project, responsible for directly engaging with and registering drivers into the program within assigned areas. Success in this role requires energy, excellent people skills, and a commitment to achieving daily registration targets. Full training and daily transport support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively approach and register drivers for the program in the field.
Clearly explain the benefits and requirements of the program to potential registrants.
Accurately collect and record required registration data using provided tools/methods.
Achieve daily and weekly registration targets as set by management.
Report daily activities and registration numbers to the field supervisor.
Represent Our Client professionally and positively in the community.
Adhere to all provided training guidelines and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and Swahili.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Smart and presentable appearance.
Must be reliable, punctual, and results-oriented.
Prior experience in field sales, promotions, customer registration, or community work is a significant advantage.
Must be available to start immediately.
