- Conduct regular outreach within refugee and asylum-seeker communities to raise awareness about our services and programs.
- Clearly explain our mission, services, eligibility criteria, and processes in a culturally sensitive and accessible manner.
- Identify potential clients, assess basic needs, and guide eligible individuals through the onboarding and registration process.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with refugee-led groups, community leaders, and local networks.
- Serve as the first point of contact between clients and the organization, responding to inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Collect and record client data, feedback, and field insights to support case tracking and service improvement.
- Support clients in understanding next steps, documentation requirements, and available livelihood or business support pathways.
- Monitor community trends, challenges, and protection or economic risks affecting refugees, and report key issues to the team.
- Represent the organization professionally during community meetings, forums, and partner engagements.
- Ensure all interactions follow confidentiality, safeguarding, and ethical standards.
