Retainer: KES 50,000
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Promote and sell products to clients
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Monitor market trends
• Prepare sales reports
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years’ field sales experience (hardware/construction is an added advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Knowledge of Diani & surrounding areas is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel
