Key Responsibilities
Market and sell the company’s products or services to individuals, shops, and institutions.
Actively identify potential customers and follow up on leads.
Conduct door-to-door sales visits, phone calls, and product demonstrations as required.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
Report daily sales activities and customer feedback to the supervisor.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand reputation always.
Requirements
Must possess a smartphone (for communication and reporting).
Must have a valid National ID.
Resides in or is familiar with Mombasa and surrounding areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented individual.
Previous sales or marketing experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
Compensation
Commission-based compensation structure.
Performance-based earnings of up to Ksh 20,000 per month.
Opportunity for higher income based on individual sales results.
Work Environment
Field-based role involving customer interactions within Mombasa and other counties.
Flexible working hours, focused on meeting sales goals rather than fixed schedules.
