The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization committed to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers serving across multiple continents, IHF promotes ethical volunteering, leadership development, and sustainable community impact.

We are currently seeking committed and detail-oriented volunteers to join our First Response Team.

🔹 Role Overview

The First Response Team serves as the first point of contact for new volunteer applicants. This team plays a critical role in ensuring timely screening, professional communication, and a positive applicant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and screen incoming volunteer applications

• Assess CVs/resumes and supporting documents

• Communicate with applicants professionally and promptly

• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of applicants

• Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

• Strong written communication skills in English

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Interested in Human Resources or recruitment

• Able to meet deadlines and manage workflow

• Professional and respectful in communication
