KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the required standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest supplies.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists.
- Ensure lost and found items are handled in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy.
- Support deep cleaning and special cleaning projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of KCSE or equivalent
- Certificate in Housekeeping or Hospitality Management
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
