Requirements:
- Diploma Or Bachelors Degree In Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Management, Commerce Or Related Field.
- Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
- Strong Business Development Skills And Established Client Network.
- Valid Motor Vehicle Driving License.
- Knowledge Of Motor Vehicle Importation And Registration Procedures In Kenya Is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5 Years Relevant Experience In Motor Vehicle Sales, Preferably In A Busy Dealership Environment.

Responsibilities:-
- Lead, Supervise, And Motivate The Sales Team To Achieve And Exceed Monthly And Annual Sales Targets.
- Develop And Implement Effective Sales Strategies For Both Imported And Locally Used Vehicles. Actively Sell A Wide Range Of Vehicles Including.
- Identify New Business Opportunities And Maintain Strong Relationships With Individual And Corporate Clients.
- Leverage Existing Business Contacts And Networks To Generate Consistent Sales Leads.
- Guide Customers Through Vehicle Selection, Financing Options, And Closing Processes.
- Oversee Vehicle Pricing Strategies And Negotiation Processes.
- Monitor Stock Levels And Coordinate With Procurement On Imported Units.
- Ensure Compliance With Motor Vehicle Importation And Registration Procedures In Kenya (Ntsa Processes, Kra Documentation, Duty Requirements, Logbook Processing, Etc.).
- Prepare Sales Reports, Forecasts, And Performance Analyses For Management. Ensure High Standards Of Customer Service And After-Sales Follow-Up.
