Responsible for preparing a variety of cold food items, including salads, cold appetizers, charcuterie boards, cheeses, and fruit platters. Fully responsible for the preparation of salads, appetizers, cold main courses, cold canapés, terrines, pates, cold trays, platters, cold soups, sauces and dressings in accordance to the main restaurant menu c

Job Description/Requirements
Preparing cold dishes: This includes creating a wide variety of salads, cold soups, marinated vegetables, cold cuts, cheese plates, and other cold appetizers.
Handle
sandwich preparation on a daily basis for all the restaurants and room service
according to company specifications.
Responsible for amenities, fruits and cheeses boards (for lunch and dinner) in
the main dining room.
Garnishing and plating: Artistically arranging food on plates to enhance visual appeal and presentation of cold dishes.
Attention to detail: Ensuring consistency and quality in cold food
preparation.
Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other kitchen staff to
ensure smooth service.
