Executive Assistant to the Director. Will serve as the primary liaison for a diverse project portfolio, managing stakeholder communications and providing professional progress updates. This role requires a proactive professional to coordinate between technical teams and management, track deadlines, and streamline daily correspondence.

Job Description: Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the first point of contact for project stakeholders and institutions, managing all correspondence professionally on behalf of the Director.
* Project Oversight:
Monitor project WhatsApp groups and communication channels to extract "ground status" updates from technical teams.
* Professional Reporting:
Translate raw technical data from site managers into concise, professional progress reports for clients and management.
* Deadline Management:
Maintain a centralized master calendar to track contract milestones, submission dates, and site visit schedules.
* Operational Filtering:
Screen and prioritize incoming calls and messages, escalating only critical issues to the Director to ensure focused workflow.
* Administrative Support:
Manage documentation for various contracts, ensuring all project-related files and correspondence are organized and easily accessible.
Job Requirements
* Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years in an Executive Assistant or Project Coordination role (Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Real Estate is a major plus).
* Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal English/Swahili skills, with the ability to maintain a professional "management voice" in high-pressure group chats.
* Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets), and project management tools.
* Personality:
Highly organized, assertive, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
* Education:
Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Law or a related field.
* Confidentiality:
Must demonstrate a high level of discretion regarding contract details and management affairs.
