Personal Assistant

• Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their MD’s attention.

• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments,controlling access to the MD.

• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

• Organising events and conferences.

• Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.

• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

• Managing databases and filing systems.

• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.

• Collating and filing expenses.

• Managing social media pages for the MD.

Qualifications .

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.

•  Minimum 2–4 years of experience as Personal Assistant.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Social media management experience .

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
