Pharmacy Sales Promoter

Key Responsibilities

- Approach customers professionally, understand their needs and introduce suitable health and wellness products.

- Explain product features, prices and directions for use accurately, following approved product information.

- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Keep product displays tidy and monitor stock levels and expiry dates.

- Record daily sales and submit attendance records and sales reports.

- Report stock shortages, customer feedback and complaints promptly.

- Maintain good working relationships with pharmacy staff.

- Attend product knowledge and sales training.

Requirements

- Secondary school education or above.

- Good communication skills in English and Swahili.

- Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching customers.

- Honest, punctual, responsible and able to work independently.

- Able to use a smartphone, WhatsApp and basic online reporting forms.

- Able to commute reliably to Nairobi CBD.

- Experience in pharmacy, health supplements, beauty products or retail sales is an advantage.

- Basic pharmacy, nursing or health-related knowledge is an added advantage.

Location and Working Hours

- Assigned partner pharmacy in Nairobi CBD.

- Monday to Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- Sunday off.

Compensation and Benefits

- Fixed base salary: KES 2,250 per week.

- Full-attendance bonus: KES 500 per week.

- Additional sales bonuses based on verified monthly sales performance. Details will be discussed during the interview.

- Base salary and attendance bonuses are paid weekly; sales bonuses are settled monthly.
