The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and commercial strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and product performance for a portfolio of prescription drugs in the cardiology, diabetes, and thrombosis therapeutic areas. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market, a strong ability to collaborate across teams, and a commitment to ethical and compliance standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Commercial Strategy
• Develop and implement medico-marketing plans in collaboration with the medical team, ensuring alignment with company and client objectives.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and adapt marketing materials (presentations, leave-behinds, digital content) to support promotional teams.
• Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance insights.
• Define targeting and frequency plans in line with company guidelines.
2. Sales Team Enablement & Support
• Ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales teams to enhance execution.
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to optimize field force activities.
• Train and support sales teams on product knowledge, positioning, and messaging.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on professional conduct, expense management, and activity tracking.
3. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement & Events
• Support the organization of regional events, conferences, and scientific engagements with KOLs.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and advocacy.
4. Market & Performance Analytics
• Analyze sales results, market performance, and competitive trends to guide strategic decisions.
• Present actionable insights from sales data, market intelligence, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal stakeholders.
• Implement corrective action plans where necessary to optimize commercial performance.
5. Compliance & Reporting
• Provide regular activity reports and business reviews to company management and clients.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
6. Strategic Market Analysis & Innovation
• Monitor industry trends, innovations, and advancements in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and market differentiation.
Candidate Profile
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar marketing or product management role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong experience in Consumer Healthcare – pharmacy oriented
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent proficiency in developing and delivering high-level presentations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate promotional teams across different functions.
