Job Summary

This role is responsible for the end to end lifecycle management of consumer data and voice products. This includes strategy development, product innovation, analytics, GTM and revenue growth. The role holder will provide support to Sales as a subject matter expert, marketing, and technical teams to enhance customer experience, drive adoption, and meet commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:  

    • Develop and Execute consumer data and voice product strategy and roadmap.

    • Identify new business opportunities, pricing structures, and revenue models.

    • Drive market research and competition analysis to inform product innovation.

    • Own the lifecycle of consumer data and voice products from ideation to launch.

    • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement customer centric solutions.

    • Continuously improve existing products based on market trends and customer feedback.

    • Develop and implement innovations that achieve customer satisfaction from Telkom consumer products.

    • Position Telkom’s consumer products competitively in the market.

    • Deliver forecasted revenue targets and growth in usage of existing Consumer products.

    • Develop and execute GTM plans in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

    • Identify, develop and commercialize new revenue streams for the Consumer products.

    • Manage relationships with key commercial and technology partners and ensure that commercial partners adhere to Telkom quality standards.


Academic background & Professional Knowledge:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field

    • At least 5 - 7 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within telecommunications

    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

    • Knowledge of roaming functions its application in various markets and revenue models 

    • Ability to learn and assimilate new processes and concepts quickly

    • Fault Management
