Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Project Coordinator to oversee and execute on-site construction activities. This is a hands-on, ground-focused role, ideal for someone with a strong background in civil or structural engineering and proven experience managing various phases of construction projects — from foundation to finishing. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating contractors, ensuring project designs are executed effectively, and maintaining quality and timelines on-site.

Job Description/Requirements
● Oversee daily on-site construction operations and ensure project activities are executed according to design specifications and timelines.
● Coordinate between contractors, residents, and office teams to ensure seamless communication and progress tracking.
● Interpret and work with technical drawings, AutoCAD plans, and engineering layouts to guide construction efforts.
● Recommend improvements in design, layout, or execution where necessary, based on site realities and best practices.
● Supervise and inspect structural phases from foundation, slab works, partitioning, to finishing.
● Ensure adherence to structural and safety standards on site.
● Provide regular updates and reports to the Engineering and Operations Manager.
● Liaise with project engineers and other consultants to resolve technical issues on the ground.
● Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
● Keep accurate documentation and site logs as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
● At least 4+ years of experience as a Clerk of Works/Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
● Proven hands-on experience working directly on construction sites.
● Strong knowledge of construction phases, materials, and structural principles.
● Ability to read and interpret drawings, AutoCAD plans, and technical documents.
● High level of dedication, responsibility, and problem-solving ability.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
