Job Title: Project Supervisor - Agribusiness

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our agribusiness team. The Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing agricultural projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of agricultural processes, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and manage agricultural projects from start to finish, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

● Monitor and evaluate project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion within budget.

● Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and reports.

● Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, policies, and procedures related to agricultural practices and environmental regulations.

● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies, to ensure successful project delivery.

● Manage project team members, including assigning tasks, providing training and support, and monitoring performance.

● Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing contingency plans and communicating risk management strategies to stakeholders.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in agriculture and project management.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.

● At least 5 years of experience in project management within the agricultural sector.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

● Experience with project management software and tools.

● Knowledge of local and national regulations related to agriculture and environmental practices.

● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Willingness to travel and work in remote locations.
