REGIONAL FIELD OFFICER
Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Field Officer to support our HR and Organic Program operations across Kirinyaga, Embu and Meru. The ideal candidate will bridge administrative compliance with active fieldwork, ensuring seamless records management, onboarding support and accurate program documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update staff and program files in line with organizational policies.
- Ensure proper filing, retrieval and archiving of documents both physical and digital
- Support HR and program teams in preparing reports, memos and documentation.
- Monitor compliance with data protection and strict confidentiality standards.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Coordinate with regional offices to ensure consistency in file management practices.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to management on documentation status.
- Support audits and inspections by ensuring the immediate availability of accurate records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Records Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant, proven experience in HR administration, records management or documentation.
- A solid background in Agriculture, with specific knowledge and practical understanding of organic farming.
- Fluency in Kikuyu, Kamba or Meru is strictly required to facilitate seamless communication with the local communities in the target regions.
