JOB TITLE: Relationship Officer / Agent – Eldoret COMPANY: NJB LIMITED LOCATION: Eldoret, Kenya EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time We are seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to manage client relationships, support loan disbursement, and ensure timely collections. You will be the key point of contact for our SME clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective SME clients

Promote and explain company loan products to clients

Assist in loan application processing and documentation

Monitor client loan performance and ensure timely repayments
-
Work closely with branch managers and debt collection teams on non-performing loans

Identify and report opportunities for new business growth

Provide feedback from clients to improve services
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
-
1–3 years’ experience in sales, client relations, or financial services (preferred)

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Knowledge of SME financing and collections is an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
