Role Objective
Drive customer acquisition and sales of internet services in Utawala and surrounding areas through proactive field engagement, lead generation, product promotion, customer follow-up and achievement of assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective customers within Utawala and surrounding areas.
- Conduct door-to-door and other field sales activities to generate leads.
- Explain internet packages, pricing, promotions and service benefits to prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into new customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Maintain positive customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic and target-driven.
- Ability to conduct field and door-to-door sales activities.
- Knowledge of Utawala and surrounding areas is an advantage.
