- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, lead generation, and client meetings.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches that clearly articulate the agency's value proposition to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and client retention.
- Collaborate with the internal creative and accounts teams to develop tailored marketing strategies and proposals that meet client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for growth.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management review.
- Represent the agency at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings with professionalism and confidence.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally within an advertising, media, or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a strong desire to succeed.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- A valid Driving License and access to a reliable vehicle is a significant added advantage, as the role may require travel for client site visits and meetings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
