Welcome and assist clients with personalized styling and product recommendations
Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, mobile money)
Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock organization
Track inventory, flag low stock, and support restocking
Build relationships with repeat clients and support customer follow-up
Support pop-up events and in-store activations
Occasionally assist with content capture (photos/videos) for social media
