Job summary
We are hiring a Mid-level Sales Executive for ROAD BUCK Automotive to promote and sell automotive service equipment (wheel aligners, tire changers, lifts) to garages and repair shops in Nairobi. Earn a competitive salary (20,000-30,000 KSh) plus attractive sales commission!
Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop new clients (garages, auto repair shops, dealerships) across Nairobi and Kenya.
2. Promote and sell ROAD BUCK's automotive service equipment, including wheel aligners, tire changers, car lifts and diagnostic tools.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and provide professional technical consulting to clients.
4. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
5. Submit weekly sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Diploma/Certificate in Business, Marketing or related field.
2. 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or equipment industry.
3. Fluent in English and Swahili (verbal and written).
4. Valid Kenyan driving license and ability to travel locally.
5. Self-motivated, target-driven and strong negotiation skills.
