Role Overview

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by acquiring new B2B clients and expanding the Afya Dynamics footprint within the Kenyan market. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to technical demonstrations and final contract negotiations.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development: Proactively identify and qualify leads within the healthcare sector, including private clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers.
  2. Solution Selling: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations mapping Afya Dynamics’ modules (EMR, POS, Telemedicine) to specific client pain points.
  3. Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets to drive company scale.
  4. Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare administrators, ensuring smooth handoffs and identifying upselling opportunities.
  5. Sales Operations: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and forecasts within our CRM.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven success in B2B sales (SaaS, FinTech, or HealthTech preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid grasp of healthcare workflows or the challenges faced by Kenyan medical facilities.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical features in simple, value-driven terms.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and digital presentation tools.
  • Mindset: A self-starter with a "field-first" mentality; comfortable in both boardrooms and local clinics.
