About Stockflow

The Role
Drive our growth on the ground. You'll win shop owners across Nairobi's commercial zones — demo the product, close the sale, and bring them onto the platform. This is a field-first sales role for someone who is genuinely driven and measures themselves by results.
What We're Looking For
- A driven closer. You set targets, chase them hard, and don't stop at the first "no." This is the single most important quality for this role.
- Sales experience. You've sold before — field sales, direct sales, FMCG, mobile-money, or merchant onboarding — and you know how to move a prospect to a "yes."
- A confident communicator, fluent in English and Kiswahili, comfortable walking into any shop and talking to owners.
- A diploma or degree is required.
- Self-driven, mobile, and resilient — happy to be out in the market all day.
What We Offer
- KES 25,000–35,000/mo (gross), reviewable on performance, with a performance incentive scheme planned as we grow.
- Room to grow — a clear path into a Senior Sales / Sales Lead role as we scale across Kenya. Get this right and you grow with the company.
- Full product training, a demo device, and field-work support.
- 3-month probation. Onsite — Westlands, Nairobi, with field work across the city.
