Medprime Training College is seeking a strategic, results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our student recruitment and partnership growth efforts. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive enrolment growth, expand institutional partnerships, and strengthen our market presence.
Job descriptions & requirements
Sales Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and sales team
- Set clear KPIs and revenue targets, ensuring consistent performance tracking
- Drive conversion strategies from enquiry through to enrolment
- Oversee CRM systems and sales reporting processes
Partnership Development
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporate partners, community organizations, and referral networks
- Establish articulation agreements and employer partnerships
- Represent the college at events, expos, and industry engagements
Performance & Reporting
- Deliver regular sales performance reports to executive leadership
- Analyse data to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and student retention
- Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective acquisition strategies
