We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant in Bungoma to handle shop/on-premise sales & by serving walk-in customers at the refill station and bottling shop, upselling bottled water and dispensers, handling cash/card payments, maintaining shop cleanliness and field work for sales & marketing
· The role also involves field sales to acquire new customers (households, offices, events), retain and grow existing client accounts, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and meet monthly sales targets.
· Marketing duties include running social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), creating content, executing local promotions and referral programs, managing customer feedback, and putting up premise signage.
· Customer service responsibilities involve educating customers on refill benefits, handling inquiries/complaints, and managing loyalty programs
