DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
Actively sell and distribute company products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors 
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis 
Identify new sales channels and penetrate untapped markets 
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly 

Market Expansion & Business Development
Develop and execute territory plans to grow market coverage 
Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and retail outlets 
Expand product visibility and availability across Nyanza and Western Kenya 
Build strategic partnerships to enhance distribution networks 

Customer Relationship Management
Establish, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients 
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally 
Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and retention 
Gather feedback to improve products and services 

Marketing & Brand Promotion
Support implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions 
Conduct product demonstrations and in-market activations 
Ensure proper product merchandising and visibility at retail outlets 
Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and activations 

Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports 
Track sales performance and provide insights to management 
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 
Manage assigned territory efficiently, including route planning

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales within the FMCG industry 
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets 
Experience working in Nyanza/Western region is highly desirable 
Strong negotiation and closing skills 
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
High level of self-motivation and initiative
