About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth for our Web Development and Management Systems solutions. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital products, thrives on closing deals, and can confidently communicate value to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for web design, development, and management systems
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Pitch and present tailored digital solutions to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align client needs with solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in tech, web development, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of websites, digital platforms, and business systems (CRM, ERP, POS, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies is an added advantage
