Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities 
Develop and implement sales strategy to drive revenue 
 
Identify new business opportunities and proactively approach potential clients 
 
Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management on marketing performance, booking patterns, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for future strategies. 
 
Ensuring effective communication with all hotel departments to align Sales & Marketing efforts with operational and business goals. 
 
Maintain a positive and consistent customer experience throughout every interaction 
 
Create and manage annual sales forecasts 
 
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners and multinational organizations to encourage repeat bookings and referrals 
 
Identify and secure new corporate accounts across target industries and sectors. 
 
Represent the hotel in sales calls, trade events, and exhibitions to generate leads 
 
Track customer feedback for ongoing relationship development and address concerns promptly to maintain a positive brand image. 
 
Coordinate with reservations team to streamline booking processes for a seamless guest experience. 
 
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients catering to diverse preferences  
 
 
Background 
 
 Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field 
 
Minimum 2 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry 
 
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to market changes. 
 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and travel agents. 
 
Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry  
 
Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate international clientele. 
 
Passion for delivering great customer experiences
