Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operator with real estate industry experience to drive outbound business development targeting property developers. This role begins with a commission-only probationary trial, designed to assess execution, discipline, and sales capability before longer-term collaboration. This is a performance-driven role

Job descriptions & requirements


Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Qualification

  • Identify and research real estate developers (agents excluded)

  • Assess project status (off-plan, ongoing, upcoming)

  • Identify decision-makers (Sales Director, Marketing Manager, Developer)

Outbound Sales Execution

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads

  • Introduce Phoenix VR solutions professionally

  • Handle objections and qualify interest

  • Share approved samples, proposals, or materials

Follow-Up & Pipeline Management

  • Conduct structured follow-ups with interested prospects

  • Track conversations, next steps, and buying signals

  • Book qualified meetings with decision-makers

Reporting & Process Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets / CRM

  • Submit daily and weekly activity reports

  • Attach call logs and communication proof

  • Follow company reporting and submission procedures strictly


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales or business development

  • Proven commission-based sales experience

  • Strong cold calling and follow-up skills

  • Understanding of developer-side real estate sales

  • High level of self-discipline and organization

  • Comfortable with performance tracking and reporting

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling to property developers

  • Familiarity with CRM or structured reporting tools

  • Background in insurance sales, call centers, or B2B outbound sales
