Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction and interior markets
Build and maintain strong client relationships (architects, developers, contractors)
Provide product knowledge and technical advisory to clients
Lead negotiations and close sales deals effectively
Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Track sales performance and provide regular reports
Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales (preferably interiors, construction, or building materials)
Proven experience working with architects and developers
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to interpret drawings is an added advantage
