Student Recruitment & Outreach
- Conduct outreach activities in schools, churches, youth groups, markets, and community forums to recruit prospective students
- Promote the program and convert leads into enrolled students

Product Sales & Business Development
- Sell products (bread, cakes, chapati, chips) and meet assigned sales targets
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and institutional buyers

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns via WhatsApp, Facebook, and TikTok

Generate and nurture leads through digital platforms and direct engagement
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track leads, conversions, and sales performance
- Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment and sales activities
- Provide market feedback and insights to support strategy improvement
