Job Description
Update and maintain client records on our client management system and filing.
Greet and receive clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Manage the front desk area, keeping it organized and presentable.
Perform minimal office cleaning duties including desk cleaning and floor mopping.
Coordinate with building management regarding trash collection.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Ensure confidentiality of client and office information.
Undertake minimal travel to the head office (less than once a month).
Perform any other duties relevant to the position as assigned.
Requirements
Mandatory:
Curriculum Vitae.
Diploma or certificate in a relevant field such as Secretarial Studies, Computer Studies, or Records Management.
National ID.
Passport Photo.
Certificate of Good Conduct.
Added Advantage:
Recommendation letter from a previous employer, lecturer, or religious leader.
