Job Description

  • Update and maintain client records on our client management system and filing.

  • Greet and receive clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.

  • Manage the front desk area, keeping it organized and presentable.

  • Perform minimal office cleaning duties including desk cleaning and floor mopping.

  • Coordinate with building management regarding trash collection.

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Ensure confidentiality of client and office information.

  • Undertake minimal travel to the head office (less than once a month).

  • Perform any other duties relevant to the position as assigned.

Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Curriculum Vitae.

  • Diploma or certificate in a relevant field such as Secretarial Studies, Computer Studies, or Records Management.

  • National ID.

  • Passport Photo.

  • Certificate of Good Conduct.

Added Advantage:

  • Recommendation letter from a previous employer, lecturer, or religious leader.
