About the Role

MARWEL Security Solutions, a newly established security company located at JKIA, is looking for disciplined, alert, and professional Security

Guards to join our team. As part of our mission to provide reliable and effective protection, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding people,

property, and assets at client sites. 

Key Responsibilities

·         Patrol and monitor premises to prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized access.

·         Control access and verify the identity of persons entering or leaving the premises.

·         Respond promptly to alarms and incidents.

·         Maintain accurate records and daily occurrence reports.

·         Uphold company and client policies with professionalism and courtesy.

·         This is a shift-based assignment working 24/7.

Requirements

·         Minimum KCSE Certificate.

·         Proven experience as a security guard or related field preferred.

·         NYS training is a distinct advantage.

·         Physically fit and of good conduct (valid Certificate of Good Conduct required).

·         Excellent communication and observation skills.

·         Ability to remain calm and alert under pressure.
